Our three-phase water damage restoration process consists of the following steps:
Phase 1: Emergency Response: We respond within 2-4 hours of your initial call to examine and assess the damage. Project Manage or Estimator will determine the class and category of water damage. This information will tell you the damage’s extent and which actions are the best ones to take.
Phase 2: Water Removal and Drying: All excess water and moisture are removed with our extraction systems and the building is completely dried with our state-of-the-art drying equipment. We use special dehumidifiers for water-damaged businesses to extract the moisture from the air and expedite the drying process. Then, we remove odor and deodorize the property.
Phase 3: Reconstruction and Cleaning: All structural elements and furnishings that were heavily damaged or removed will be reconstructed or replaced.
